Hello OLX Support,
I paid the required fee to post my advertisement on OLX, but my ad has still not become active. The payment was successfully made, but I have not received the service I paid for.
I am concerned that I may have been scammed or that there may be an issue with my payment or ad activation.
Please urgently check my payment and advertisement status and either activate my ad or refund my payment.
I can provide the payment receipt, transaction details, and any other information required for verification.
Please investigate this matter and help resolve it as soon as possible.
