1. How do I retrieve my invoice?
You may request to generate the Invoice through our Customer Care Department via:
1. Email: help@olx.com.pk (09:00 am till 09:00 pm only)
2. Live chat through the ‘Help’ button on the right side of the page (09:00 am till 09:00 pm only)
3. Call us: 0800-10101 (09:00 am till 09:00 pm only)
You will receive your invoice after 24 hours, once requested for it :)
2. What do I do if I don’t agree with the invoice?
Please send us a request with the clear definition of disagreement via the Contact form.
3. What if VAT amount shown on the invoice is wrong?
VAT amount is already included in the price at the invoice where you can see VAT rate and the relevant amount. If the VAT calculation is wrong on the invoice, please contact us.
