1. How do I retrieve my invoice?
All invoices are available in “My profile” section under “Invoices & Billing details”. You will find a list of all the invoices, including the following information: date of an invoice, invoice number, purchased amount, etc.. All the invoices can be downloaded as .pdf.
2. How do I change my billing details?
You can change your billing details in “My profile” section under “Invoices & Billing details” where you can adjust your name, address, tax number, etc.
3. What do I do if I don’t agree with the invoice?
Please send us a request with the clear definition of disagreement via the Contact form.
4. What if VAT amount shown on the invoice is wrong?
VAT amount is already included in the price at the invoice where you can see VAT rate and the relevant amount. If the VAT calculation is wrong on the invoice, please contact us.
