App: Menu → From left 2nd tab
Web: Menu → First tab after Search bar → Top Right

- The option to Block user & Delete Chat
- Share Image & location

Dear OLX Support,
I would like to file a formal complaint against one of your employees whose first name is Aiman.
My husband was a customer of OLX, and during that time your employee developed a personal relationship with him. I believe this conduct is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about maintaining appropriate boundaries with customers.
I have evidence supporting my concerns and I am willing to provide it if required for your internal investigation.
I respectfully request that OLX investigate this matter thoroughly according to your company policies and code of conduct. Please register my complaint and provide me with a complaint/reference number. I would also appreciate being informed that my complaint has been received and forwarded to the appropriate department.
