Dear OLX Users, Our site is undergoing an upgrade and might be a delay in time to publish your ad(s). Inconvenience is deeply regretted.

Managing via My Account

This gives access to the following:-

  1. Ads
  2. Messages/Chats
  3. Settings

Ads tab under "My Account" are used to manage listings - both the Active (Adverts visible on site) and Inactive (Ads that have expired or have been made inactive).

App users can access "My Account" by tapping on the email Id reflecting on the top.



Active Ads tab: Ads listed under it contain the following data:

  • Posted date (view your ads from latest-to-oldest or oldest-to-latest)
  • Number of Messages received for your Ad
  • The 'Views' on your ad - Only shows how many people have seen your ad.
  • Preview, edit & remove ad options

Inactive Ads tab: All ads that have been 'deactivated'.

  • You can make an ad inactive if you have already sold the item or wish to stop receiving notifications (calls, messages, etc.,) for the listed product.
  • Such Ads can be re-activated using the 'activate ad' button.
  • If needed, these listings can be permanently deleted using 'Delete/Deactivate Ad' option.

Chats - Helps App users track of all the messages received from interested buyers or they've communicated to any seller in response to an Ad on OLX.

Settings - This option allows to change the below:

Contact details

Change password

Change email

Change Phone

Email Notifications

Delete Account

Hide My phone number
